Expedited Shipping
For those who can't wait to get their hands on their Toller products, we offer expedited shipping. With this option, your order will arrive within 1-2* business days, ensuring a faster delivery experience (*applies to domestic orders within CAN).
International Shipping
Toller proudly serves customers worldwide. International shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs regulations. Typically, international orders are delivered within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Fees
We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our valued customers. Shipping fees are offered at a flat rate for our domestic CAN customers as follows:
CAN Domestic Standard: $8 CAD
CAN Domestic Express: $12 CAD
*CAN Domestic Free Shipping applies to orders over $75 CAD
International shipping is calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
U.S. Tariff Surcharge
Orders shipping to the United States are unfortunately subject to a 35% tariff imposed under U.S. trade policies (“Trump Tariff”). This surcharge is automatically calculated and added at checkout.
As a small, family-run business, we want to be fully transparent: none of this fee is profit. The charge is paid in its entirety to U.S. Customs in order for your order to successfully enter the country.
We truly regret having to pass this cost on, but it is the only way we can continue serving our U.S. customers while ensuring all duties and legal requirements are covered.
